Because the wool is undyed, its shade and tone vary naturally from one rug to the next. Wool rugs can shed lightly at first, which is normal and eases with regular vacuuming. Because each rug is handmade, small differences in size and pattern can occur. Colors may also look slightly different on your screen than in person.

For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner. Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry unless the product care label specifically permits it.
